On the 25th of May, the EU regulation GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) comes into effect. Due to this, the demands on how we as a company handles personal data sharpens.

We care for our user’s personal integrity and consider it essential that GDPR permeate everything we do. We have taken both technical and organizational measure to protect our user’s personal data, and thus be GDPR compliant by May 25th.

We have appointed a DPO (Data Protection Officer) that continuously reviews and evaluates how we handle personal data. The handling of personal data shall be in line with GDPR compliant internal processes and routines.

It is also important to us that our partners and suppliers are GDPR compliant and we want everybody involved with us (as a client, supplier or user) to feel and know that Tmpl is a safe and reliable digital platform where personal data is handled in a safe way.

During the coming month, we will update our apps with several functions for our users to feel even more safe in using the platform. We will, for example, ask for a user’s permission to send his or her personal data to the supplier, when he or she reports an error or places an order via the app.
