For over 6 years, Tmpl has developed technology adapted for humans and their home. Now Tmpl merges with Avy and the new company name becomes Avy-Tmpl. New name – but with the same commitment, heart and vision.
Avy-Tmpl’s combined platform results in the widest product range in the Nordics and a complete offer for property owners and residents. Together with our customers, employees and partners, we continue to look forward to working towards the vision of leading the development towards smarter and more sustainable housing.
Com Hem and Tmpl have signed a collaboration agreement to jointly offer digital services regarding Smart Home, energy monitoring, services and social interaction to Com Hem’s customers. Tmpl provides a platform for integration of different digital services to residents. The service platform is offered to property owners in Sweden, and will contribute to a better living experience for residents and simplify the administration for the property owners. The agreement means that Com Hem will be Tmpl’s exclusive partner for distribution to customers in the property owner segment.
”We notice a lot of interest from our property owner customers about how they can benefit from digital services. We always focus on releasing the power for our customers and we are convinced that with this cooperation we will add value for residents as well as property owners, says Stefan Trampus, Sales Director at Com Hem.
With the service platform, property owners will easily be able to administrate information, manage rent payments and offer various services to enhance the cooperation in the neighbourhood. In addition to being able to book a laundry room, residents can find information about their accommodation, order groceries, book or share vehicles as well as order food from a local restaurant.
”The real estate industry is facing a major transformation, where the challenge is to utilize the potential of digitization in the accommodations of the future. We are driven by the belief that the digital offer to residents will be at least as important as the physical. The collaboration with Com Hem speeds up this process and will allow more people to be offered better accommodation shortly, says Eric Anderbjörk, CEO of Tmpl.
The cooperation with Com Hem has been on-going since 2016 with a number of pilot projects, but is now entering the next phase as the service begins to be offered to Com Hem’s customers. The launch will take place during the autumn of 2017.
