The moving in has started in Rosendal Fastigheter’s latest project Inspiration Rosendal, the third of Rosendal Fastigheter’s projects that are connected to its subsidiary Tmpl’s technology solution.

In Inspiration Rosendal, located in the district of Rosendal in southern Uppsala, the focus has been on energy monitoring, Smart Home offers and new entrance displays, in order to meet the modern apartment owner’s demands for functionality, security and sustainability.

Tmpl provides a platform for integration of digital services regarding for example Smart Home, energy monitoring, services and social interaction between residents. Examples of services includes booking of common resources (laundry, guest parking, etc.), handling of error reports, easy access to housing-related information, but also the possibility to do your grocery shopping, book or share vehicles or order food from local restaurants.

– We want to contribute to increased communication between residents as well as environmental awareness. Therefore we encourage residents to challenge and compete against their neighbours to keep the consumption on the lowest level possible, says Tmpl’s CEO Eric Anderbjörk.

Inspiration Rosendal has already been recognized internationally and consists of 344 apartments were the new residents have the opportunity to buy a Smart Home package. In the Tmpl app, residents can order a basic package or a smaller package, as well as additional products. The basic package consists of products that make it possible to control lighting and other electrical equipment via the app. It also includes features that can warn you about smoke, water leakage and unusual movements when you are not home.

– We are proud to offer our customers digital services that make their everyday lives easier and safer. Tmpl’s Smart Home packages gives a new dimension to the accommodations of the future, and it is obvious that this increases the attractiveness of our offer, says Rosendals Fastigheter’s CEO Henrik Svanqvist.

Tmpl’s new entrance display is also installed in Inspiration Rosendal’s three entrances. By clicking on a name on the display you will see a map of the property that shows you where that person’s apartment is located. The entrance display also shows information about public transportation from nearby bus stops. In this way you can easily find out where and when the next bus is due to leave. You can also see the building’s social feed, where neighbours and the housing association communicate with each other via the Tmpl app.

Tmpl’s technology solution for the connected, smart home is already in use in Rosendal Fastigheter’s projects Tiunda Park and Smaragden.

This is how Tmpl works:

With the help of an app and a smart phone, residents can control their locks, alarms and other security features at home. It is also possible to communicate with neighbours, book and share resources and have contact with surrounding service facilities such as shops, restaurants and training facilities. Alarms can be directly linked to the service companies, to get the fastest help possible during, for example, a water leak.
