For over 6 years, Tmpl has developed technology adapted for humans and their home. Now Tmpl merges with Avy and the new company name becomes Avy-Tmpl. New name – but with the same commitment, heart and vision.
Avy-Tmpl’s combined platform results in the widest product range in the Nordics and a complete offer for property owners and residents. Together with our customers, employees and partners, we continue to look forward to working towards the vision of leading the development towards smarter and more sustainable housing.
The PropTech company Tmpl and the electric scooter company VOI starts a collaboration where scooter nodes can be placed outside properties that are connected to Tmpl’s platform.
“In the collaboration with VOI, we find a partner who thinks alike us regarding the smart city and how it should be developed onwards. Jointly, we want to contribute to a city where new technology makes life better and where more means of transportation enables a more sustainable lifestyle”, says Tmpl’s CEO Henrik Svanqvist.
Tmpl offers real estate companies an open and flexible platform that aims to make life at home, at the office and in the city easier, safer and more sustainable. In the platform, the user can for example communicate and get information from the landlord, neighbors, co-workers or tenant owner association, share and book resources, and order services.
The collaboration with VOI means that Tmpl’s customers, living and working in cities where VOI’s electric scooters are available, will be offered the possibility to place scooter nodes outside their properties where Tmpl is being used. The purpose is to reduce the car dependency and at the same time make the journey smoother. With a node just outside the door, the objective is that there should always be a VOI available during the hours of the day when residents and people working in commercial properties need them the most, for example when one is going to or from work.
Several of Tmpl’s customers have already shown a great interest in the concept. Among the first to try it is the real estate company Wallenstam who will place a node outside one or their properties in Gothenburg where the Tmpl platform is being used.
“We are very happy to collaborate with another growth company like Tmpl in order to promote simple and electrified micro mobility close to homes and workplaces. We know that there is a clear demand for smart mobility solutions that, unfortunately, have not existed on a larger scale before. Therefore, we have developed a subscription service that from now on enables properties to provide light electric vehicles every day, adjacent to homes and workplaces”, says Erik Bergqvist, responsible for partnerships at VOI.
