The proptech company Tmpl and the construction and project improvement company Wästbygg launch an app that will promote fellowship and sustainability among the residents in two new housing projects in Haninge and Bålsta.
Via the app, the residents will be able to have a communication feed where they, inter alia, can write messages to each other, receive information from the co-op board and send invitations to common activities. They will also be able to book common spaces and resources, such as a roof top terrace and garden tools. Shops and restaurants in the area can be connected to the app and offer their services to the residents.
The app will be a part of Boaktiva which is Wästbygg’s concept for ecological, social and economical sustainability.
In the residential area Las Vega in Haninge, the residents will be able to choose if they want to add more functions, such as controlling lightning or locks and alarm. They will also be able to see their consumption of electricity and water.
– With Boaktiva, we want to make it easy to live more sustainable and promote a living environment where one gets better contact with one’s neighbours. The solution that Tmpl can offer is in line with the development we want to see for the Boaktiva concept, says Jörgen Modig, Regional Director at Wästbygg Projektutveckling AB.
– We are very pleased that Wästbygg has chosen us for their investment in connected homes and are happy about the opportunity to participate in encouraging sustainable behaviour. Tmpl’s solution is already installed in several residential areas today and the technique is well proven, says Eric Anderbjörk, CEO at Tmpl.
