The Proptech company Tmpl has developed the digital platform for the property developer Index Residence’s lifestyle concept, Touch by Index Residence. Index Residence’s project Norrtälje Torn will be the first to take part of the concept through the app Touch.
“The concept creates possibilities for an easier life, in many different ways. Norrtälje Torn’s own Concierge is in the lounge, available to help with, for example, receiving of packages when one is not home, finding quality checked services such as cleaning, IT support, decoration or if one need’s a craftsman.
Within the Touch concept, car, boat and bicycle pools are available as well as a work lounge for when you need to have a meeting or just work in peace. In our Touch lounge, you can have a cup of coffee, read the paper or meet with your neighbours and friends. Touch by Index Residence want to help make life easier to live as one wishes – the freedom comes with”, says Marie Hallberg, responsible for the concept development of Touch by Index Residence.
“We appreciate that Index Residence has chosen our solution as platform for their lifestyle concept. Our solution is modular, which have made it easy to adjust it to the Touch concept’s needs. In the Touch app, the residents will, for example, be able to see information from the Touch by Index Residence Concierge, communicate with their neighbours and the co-op boards as well as book common spaces and resources, such as the work lounge and boat pool. Smart and relevant services will also be available for booking and purchase directly via the app”, says Eric Anderbjörk, CTO at Tmpl.
